the company's management and plan. TEMA has an experienced, skilled team that long-term
engaged in motor design and development, top ones of this team have
high-profile in their field , they are technological frontier, leading products
development direction, is responsible for the foreign technical exchanges and
cooperation at the same time, as well as to learn the advanced foreign
technology digestion and the update them. There are 20 personnels doing research
and development, one of them enjoy special government allowances, two of them
are senior engineers, one has doctoral degree, three have master's degree and
thirteen have undergraduate degrees.

discuss with them about bearings’choose and service life used for special motor.
